To get good art from an AI you usually have to work iteratively. Midjourney is definitely the one I think is superior at the moment. I'm not sure how you got only one pic though, normally Midjourney gives you four for your first prompt, then you pick the best one and ask for (V)ariations on...

Absolutely agree, there are a lot of really boring BT maps that might as well be parking lots for all the variety they have.

Woods provide cover which gives an edge, but they also make movement slower which removes bonuses for moving fast. Ideally, you want to spend all your movement in a straight dash up until your last one that goes into the woods, but woods inconsiderately don't always grow in perfectly positioned...

I gotta confess, this one doesn't tickle me. I'm not entirely sure what, perhaps that there's only two lakes or the lack of adventure paths. It seems like a decent world map but not a decent map for an RPG or quest, if that makes any sense.

Man, that's a lot of fine detail, no wonder it took you a bit. I rather like the small circular insets showing what the terrain is like at key points.

I really like this one, much easier to read than the last couple. The blue islands just outside the Gulf of Praxeda, are they the same color as the ocean because they're underwater?

Looking at this map, I have to admit I'm not a huge fan of the color choices. The oceans seem too dark to me, I'd prefer a lighter shade that's at least not darker than the text and labels on the map, which I think an ancient mapmaker would consider the most important part since customers are...

Most often when I look at fantasy maps, first I notice if the geography is clearly nonsense* such as rivers flowing away from the oceans and towards mountains, peninsula not pointing at islands, lakes that somehow have several outlets instead of one, or major cities just plopped in some random...

Perhaps it's like Egypt where there's a desert but then a highly fertile area next to the river?

This is true. I often have to force myself to quit editing a piece and move on to another instead of continuing to polish it.

Just pretended shock. So Culsu, what's the expected tonnage on this WarShip? It looks to be roughly 4 times the length of the Unions, which are 80 meters so aprox. 320 meters, which would match up to around the same length as the Pinto (160,000 tons, 298 meters).

Wait... are you saying it's a Rim World's Republic WarShip?

Yes, quite a bit though the lines are still paler than the WarShip they're attached to. Heh, now that it's zoomed in that much, the groove on the nose of the WarShip looks like a bit like a smiling mouth.

That definitely improves the situation with the fighters. I you don't mind continuing criticism, the lines on the DropShips blurred out when you resized them and now they're much fainter, so the DropShips look like they don't belong and darkening them will make the image more unified. I...

    Nice, I think that's a dramatic improvement.

Very nice work, Two-Point Perspective isn't easy and that's some fine detail you've put on the WarShip. I particularly like the sensor array across the top of the bow. If I could offer a bit of criticism though, that one moon on the gas giant is positioned so that the engine exhaust is pointed...

Ah, sad. I interpreted Tabletop Round as being some sort of Tabletop game that would be coming out later, I'm surprised somebody had you produce a map this high quality just for their private game. Yeah, I know what you mean about book cover maps. It breaks my suspension of disbelief every...

Hmm, I really like this one. The geology is exceedingly sensible with peninsulas pointing to islands, rivers coming from mountains to the seas, and main cities built along major rivers or in harbors. I really like how expansive and detailed this one is compared to most inner-book-cover maps...

I figured it was something like that.

I was going off the fact that the lake the river feeds into appears to be touching the mountains.
