Ask the Governors in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina and North Carolina. They all said that FEMA has been giving them everything they asked for. And I am pretty sure if it had not been happening. My Governor would have been calling them out.

The $750 dollars is the standard upfront FEMA payout. It has been like that for over a decade. All applicants can file for further assistance a day or so later. I know this because I filed for FEMA Assistance when thec1,000 year flood happened in SC.
