Sometimes it seems like the only thing I am considered good for by a family and friends is being stepped on, take advantage of, or thrown under the bus to protect thier pride or comfort.

The moderation on this site has become less coherent, and more knee jerk, since the election and is only getting worse.

I've realized that the base of both sides of American politics are as tribal as ever, and only want the center to echo what they think, not criticize their sacred cows.
I have a home on neither the Right or Left, because they both only tolerate dissent when they feel safe and sure they will win.
It's weird, but this whole virus has given me a purpose I never thought I'd have; helping people understand how to fight a common enemy that does not discriminate. Even people who's politics piss me off, and those people who are pissed off by my politics, deserve to be as safe as possible from this scourge. -
