There was one accusation made against Tucker Carlson, the rest was set up for it.
The problem of course being, that this is an "He never asked, but I assume that is what he meant".
And while yea, retaliating in that manner would be against some laws, she's basically going to need to find some internal memo or communication from him stating that one, he actually did solicit her for sex, and two, that her refusal was the direct reason for her lessened number of appearances. (Also the "not appeared once in 2020" part is going to be a complete wash usability wise because of Covid.)
And the likelihood of her actually finding something that says that in Discovery is almost zero.

Dude, your reaction isn't going make anyone less interested in this or make it seem less legit.
Decades of classified briefings and the AATIP(?) stuff doesn't happen if there is nothing to it.
Hiding that sort of shit is harder and harder, while allowing Disclosure would be a really feather in Trump's cap, no matter what happens in November.
And with how much disunity is occurring, finding out for sure that we are not alone in this universe could help the healing begin.

Trump yet again shows that he is actually pretty strategic when it comes to timing. The 60 days invoked in this, mean that the next step will be a hot topic in November.
He's very clearly laying down an ultimatum to the Tech companies. Their abuse of the law to their advantage will not stand, and if they keep their shit up, the axe will fall.
It'll be interesting to see a more deep dive on the effects of this EO and how it'll everything like YT and other publisher comment sections and tiny insignificant forums like ours if at all.
