O'Sullivan's law isn't an actual legal law, it's a tendency observed. Any organization that is not explicitly and legally right wing will gradually become increasingly liberal.
Twitter being bought by Elon Musk is literally the only counter-example in recent history compared with an avalanche of corporations becoming more woke over time.

Yeah… honestly, if this keeps up, I can see a couple of countervailing problems that’ll define the coming decades.
For one, the Right (and bulk of the non-Woke, for that matter) will roll its eyes and shake its head whenever some blue-haired twit shouts they’re “Literally Hitler!” and tries to cancel them. Can’t fault them for that, exactly, but then there’s how “impressionable” Left-leaning audiences who haven’t been paying attention will wrongly perceive the Right as being dismissive of well-documented Nazi atrocities (which they aren’t) rather than overdone Nazi comparisons (which they are). Naturally, this will make the Left radicalize even further, bringing Antifa, BLM, and Neo-Communist types who actually have a stomach for hands-on violence to the forefront as calls to “Permanently shut Nazis down!” grow louder and louder.
What’s worse is that, ironically enough, I can envision actual Nazis (or at least, bad actors with similarly genocidal plans for the world) roaring back with a vengeance in the midst of this, precisely because no one takes Godwin’s Law seriously anymore. If it becomes just another hackneyed cliché dismissed by everyone, then it’s only a matter of time before “Neo-Hitler” takes advantage of the cover this affords him and amasses enough support to become a genuine threat. It’s a “Boy who cried wolf!” scenario in which an actual wolf shows up at the very end, is what I’m saying. Unfortunately, no one will pick up on it until they hear a scream and a sickening crunch — followed by the wolf coming for them, too. 😔
You look at who will win the upcoming fraction fight by whats available on the fringes.
And Good news its not going to be nazi's that win out. The populist right is actually pretty multiracial, and latinos, whites, asians and even blacks are members. So most likely your not going to be murdered based on your race.
I expect something akin to chrsitian nationalist to come out on top Oliver Cromwell not hitler.

Like I said, I don’t expect necessarily them to be literal Nazis. I do, however, fear they’ll be just as bad — much more so than another Franco or Pinochet, thuggish strongmen that they were. For me, some ideas that come to mind are the Christian version of ISIS or an ultra-reactionary Khmer Rouge, so I’m not restricting myself to just one pre-existing template here.
Besides, just because the Populists are on their way to becoming a multiracial force doesn’t mean their leader won’t escalate the purging and scourging far beyond what was initially promised. After all, the Communists trumpeted universal brotherhood, too, yet that didn’t stop Stalin from implementing his own ethnic cleansings, or Commie apologists from twisting themselves into knots to justify their own genocides while excoriating Hitler for his. Extrapolating from that, I can imagine a Populist leader who Holodomors “Jacobin France!” or exterminates “Swiss banker swines!” wholesale, and has no problem being a bitter and hypocrite jerk whenever it suits him. Plus, even if he’s not white, the odds he becomes another Lazar Kaganovich who gleefully purges millions of his fellow minorities still aren’t non-zero. So, really, I see no reason to rejoice about what’s to come, and believe you’re too “deterministic” in your thinking and sense of how well current trends forecast the future.
The left sowed this whirlwind, we all have to repeat it but contrary to what you're taught right wing tyrannies (the exception being African Fascists. HOLY FUCK! ONE GUY EXTERMINATED HALF HIS POPULATION!) the right kills comparatively less percentages of its population than leftist and deconstructivists do.
A South American or Taiwanese Nationalist right wing dictatorship in the US right now would be comparatively less bloody , kill less Americans and cause less national damage than Clinton, Bush, Obama or Biden have
They also have a habit of actually dealing with their promised targets. The problem is that they often don't give a single solitary fuck about everyone around. their targets and tend to adopt the Genghis Khan mantra of "had you not done a great wrong I would not be here."
And the embezzlement but they rob less than the Bidens have so the average American may not even have a problem with it.
Edit- not that I'm defending this shit, I've always maintained that using right wing strongmen to clean up your country is like using a pair of King Cobras to solve a rat problem in your house. The solution presents a problem of its own.
