Was that really necessary?
1.I am not British, so it is kind of irrelevant to me, no idea why the staff thinks it is relevant considering most of the user base is not from the UK.
2. she was a constitutional monarch closer to 100 than 90, so the death itself is both to be expected and in the grand scheme of things it is irrelevant.
3. And let us not forget her pedo, rapist son that was buddy buddy with that guy there didn't off himself.
Well, the downside is that we will have to look at Charles' ugly mug more, sadly the crown couldn't skip a generation it seems.

If you don't care, why did you come here to make a clearly inflammatory comment?

You're speaking ill of my King, Bulgarian. I don't take kindly to that.

Goddamn it! I may not be one of her citizens, but I miss her already.

@Aldarion, @Basileus_Komnenos, @Harlock as our resident Monarchist and British experts what are your reactions to this and thoughts moving forward?

Unfortunately, I am not a British expert just because I am a monarchist. Also, UK has stopped being a real monarchy long time ago.

That being said, from what I do know about Charles, there are some things to like. His dislike of modern media and modern architecture, for example. Other than that however, he seems to be a leftist, unfortunately.

Time to dissolve the parliament and rule as an absolutist monarch, God save the king.

given some of the massive debacles her sons have been involved in, I'm not sure I'd trust any of the princes with absolutist power. For all, we know the Charles is a Marxist sympathizer and is part of the "Reset elite" if that's the case giving him absolute power would simply accelerate your problems.

RON/PLC was a wonderful country.

Because he likes to wreak havoc and destruction because digging into a bees' nest is fun for him?
Also, UK has stopped being a real monarchy long time ago.
More precisely, it is a republic with an unelected president.
Already France is more of a true monarchy but an elective one.

I find myself cringing into high orbit over some of the things he comes out with, but monarchy is not a popularity contest. By blood right he is the legitimate King of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and that's all anyone should really care about.

It wouldn't matter if I actively disliked him. Henceforth till the day the Crown passes to William, he is my King.

Hahahahah, who me?
Naah, I either like burning the bee nest with gasolene or somehow chucking it at somebody.

But humor aside, I consider mass public virtue signalling distasteful and I see myself as the pin that tries to prick the bubble of mass psychosis formation.

Yeah, constitutional monarchies are pointless.Basically a long running hereditary soap opera.

Personally, I don't care about who's sperm and eggs decided to come together to spawn him his deeds are what I'm concerned about. But, for your guy's sake hopefully, his deeds are as noble as his blood.

To me they make sense, on one condition. That it is seriously a constitutional monarchy and not a joke of a parliamentary form.
That's why I already prefer a PLC-style electoral monarchy. It was one of the things that worked well there until the end.
(Because they saved Poland from bad kings with a congenital defect that made them crazy).

it's easy to be a pin prick when nobody can retaliate against you with a blow to the jaw buddy. Just as it's easy to be a virtue signaling fop whenever the only people you are surrounded by are those that agree with you. You're not special.

You Brits have a good system.

Charles III doesn't have much power except for the power to say "no" to Parliament and the fact that all of the military equipent which isn't army gear is technically his personal property that he's just renting out.

The thing is, the soap opera matters. Yes, it's just a tradition, but traditions are how a country builds a national character and sticks together.

Yes, I might be a libertarian, but I am sorry she died, and while I can't comprehend why you cared so much for her (not being a brit myself), I am sincerely sorry for your guy's loss.
