The thing that really blew my mind (I didn't actually watch all the videos but I poked around) was that all three of those women have very deep voices. Does testosterone permanently alter the vocal cords? If so, it may be a comparatively minor issue but it's the sort of thing that is nearly impossible to hide, a permanent and public advertisement of your mistake for the remainder of your life. It's pretty sad.

Ever since it started becoming a thing and hearing about some of the surgeries and after surgery regimes they require (like daily dilation being a requirement) and seeing plenty of Reddit posts from people who deeply regret transitioning, I can only hope that the suicides are kept to an absolute minimum but I think in the next five to ten years, there's going to be a wave of trans people that are going to commit suicide (even in excess of the current numbers) because they were pushed into it or governments like Canada's that essentially overrode the parent's responsibility to their kids like the following:

Imagine having a kid and the state forces you to go along with your child's sex change, that's she's too young to properly understand and having to reluctantly admit that they can't stop the parent from referring to their girl as a girl in the parent's mind but anything else will result in "family violence". Which you can be charged for. All of which was started without any input from the parent.
Kids aren't allowed to drink, join the military etc till they reach a socially agreed upon age of maturity (normally eighteen) and I think transitioning should be treated the same way. I also think more politically neutral studies need to be conducted on people who want to transition, nothing as despicable as John Money's human experimentation of the Reimer brothers but research that can go through the full process without a care for a certain group decrying the whole thing as transphobic. As unfortunately ghoulish as it is to say, there wouldn't be any shortage of cadavers that could be donated for study. Till then, the self harm and suicide rates of trans people will continue being abnormally high till it's properly investigated.

There have been some moves in that direction, there was that UK court case last year that banned puberty blockers for children under 16, on the grounds that contrary to activist's claims, they're in practice not just a "pause button" to give children more time to decide but invariably the first step in transitioning, and children that young simply cannot make that sort of decision.

The warrant was issued by a judge for the arrest of a father after calling his biological female child his "daughter," and referring to her with the pronouns "she" and "her." He was found to be in contempt of court.

Sadly, homeschooling is outlawed in Germany. Don't know about the rest of the EU, but I guess the state doesn't want its citizens to learn anything other than the official party-line.

I've always thought that the recent spike of transgenderism in the last decade or two was really because of "transtrenders": people who were convinced to or believed that transitioning would fix or be a magic bullet to whatever psychological ailments they had (which weren't gender dysphoria -- "I'm not gay or a lesbian, I'm just trapped in the wrong body!" "Oh, you like playing with female game characters? You must be an 'egg!'"). Well, that's the more positive reason -- I'm sure that a few people transitioning are simply doing it for a sense of social acceptance than any real gender dysphoria sufferance or persuasion from other transtrenders, which is pretty horrifying.
It's terrible that these people who were deluded or lied to are now going to be continuously paying the price for the rest of their lives.

I think a certain amount of it is confusion on the part of the kids being taken advantage of by other people. Because we're talking about an ideology based entirely on stereotypes, they might. for example, convince a tomboy that she's "really" a man, on the inside, and so should take those puberty blockers and have surgeries done on her, when really it's just that she isn't a stereotypical girly girl.

I knew a few "tomboys" when I was a teenager (early 00's): they were into sports, active, and liked things that were stereotypically male (interests, hobbies, et cetera). They also liked boys (pro tip: if a lot of your friend group is female, expect drama and cat-fights) and were definitely girls.
Heck, one of them went to work on a fucking oil rig in the middle of the North Sea, after leaving secondary school! She had more balls than me to do that, that's for sure!I guarantee you that in this day and age, you'd have at least one person badgering them that they have gender dysphoria, that they're bisexual or lesbians, or they're an attack helicopter of some type. smh
